Hexagonal Airflow Channels
- The internal structure of S&S Pro features a hexagonal airflow structure that links each pressure-relief gap directly to a corresponding sound outlet. This creates a continuous, well-defined airflow path through the eartip.
- The hexagonal geometry helps control wave propagation and maintain a consistent acoustic pathway. Combined with the optimized length and cross-sectional area of the sound channels, the structure is designed to preserve upper-frequency energy, clarity, and extension.
- Between the airflow channels, S&S Pro incorporates structural reinforcement ribs. These ribs separate the individual airflow paths and provide mechanical support around the front sound outlet, helping reduce local deformation caused by pressure from the ear canal.
- Because acoustic transmission is highly sensitive to channel geometry and cross-sectional area, any narrowing or deformation can alter local acoustic impedance and affect the consistency of sound delivery.
Six-Channel Petal-Shaped Sound Guides
- Based on acoustic impedance and waveguide principles, the outlet of S&S Pro features six independent petal-shaped sound channels.By dividing the outlet into multiple controlled paths, the structure helps maintain a stable effective cross-section and guide acoustic energy more efficiently toward the ear canal, reducing transmission loss and high-frequency attenuation.
Long, Straight-Barrel Design
- S&S Pro retains the signature long, straight-barrel geometry of the S&S series.
- The extended profile allows for a deeper, more stable fit, helping maintain a consistent acoustic seal and reducing the effects of air leakage on bass response and overall tonal balance.
Medical-Grade Antibacterial Silicone
- S&S Pro is made from soft, high-elasticity medical-grade silicone for improved comfort and conformability.
- Silver-ion additives are incorporated into the material to provide supplementary antibacterial properties and help maintain cleaner contact surfaces during regular use.
Washable, Durable and Resistant to Aging
- The high-durability medical-grade silicone used in S&S Pro offers excellent resistance to water, repeated handling, and long-term material aging.The eartips can be rinsed directly with clean water after use for routine cleaning and maintenance. Even after repeated washing and extended use, they are designed to retain their flexibility, sealing ability, and fit consistency.
It is reccomended that users use a size down in most cases.

Return & Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, please return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase, estimated from the date of arrival (as determined by the final timestamp on tracking telemetry). Order cancellations requested prior to successful delivery are also treated as refunds. Any additional shipping fees incurred during the transaction are not eligible for refund.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged. If the product is damaged in any way, or if the return was initiated after a period of 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Unless the product has been assigned to a special 'try at home' order program, all individual orders will be subject to a 5% restocking fee if unopened (shrink wrap must be intact), and a 10% restocking fee if opened.
We may waive restocking fees if in-store credit is opted for in lieu of a refund, or under very special circumstances subject to administrative approval.
After we receive your item, our factory team will inspect it and process your refund. The order total will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take as many as 5 to 10 business days or more for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Shipping Policy
Aside from the locale of mainland China, we offer international shipments worldwide. Rates are subject to the particular carrier rate selected during checkout. We offer our subsidized account rates to keep the costs as low as possible.
Shipping rates vary with respect to transit time and destination. Please enter your destination and check the estimated shipping time at checkout. The options are typically labeled as 'Free Shipping', 'Standard Shipping', and 'Expedited Shipping'. Unless the product is specially designated as a special order product, we typically ship within 1 business day for a stocked product. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail.
Business hours are referenced to weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UTC +8). Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays. If an order is placed outside of business hours or during weekends, the order will be processed and fulfilled beginning on the following business day.
Import duties and customs regulations vary from country to country. Fees not prepaid by our courier are the responsibility of the customer or intended recipient. DUNU is not responsible for tariffs, VAT, or other customs consignment fees. Individuals concerned about the prospect of paying for additional fees should contact their local customs and import offices for clarification on how duties are levied. Upon checkout, detailed notes regarding the provision of customs declaration forms should be clearly written in the 'Add a Note' section of the checkout page. If a packages is refused by the customer on account of customs duties, taxes, or other fees, the package is not eligible for refund, as it is considered to be abandoned in the office of consignment.
